We get swept away with the passage of time.
Our boys change from having baby soft cheeks to suddenly having facial hair.
Our girls lose interest in tea parties with their stuffed animals and are running out the door to meet friends at the coffee shop.
It happens seemingly overnight.
Everyone gets so incredibly busy and trying to get everyone’s schedules to line up is a chore. Add in the stress of getting everyone in coordinating “Pinterest-worthy” outfits, family pictures slide to the back-burner and the years slip by.

Relaxed & Fun
My degree is Elementary Education. I’m a mother of 5. Children are my jam. Many husbands and fathers have also made a point to tell me at the end of a session that they were surprised to discover they had a good time too. I keep it fun and relaxed. We do a lot of laughing. I help you create a fun memory.

Flexibility
Having my own studio and office space means we can meet whenever it works best for you. Often that means clients get home from work, have a relaxed dinner, and then meet with me at 7 or 8PM. We enjoy coffee and have a great time together.

Style
One of the most common questions I get asked during the planning stages with my clients is “What should we wear?” Advice on what to wear on your photo shoot has changed over the years. No longer are white shirts and jeans on everyone the trend.
I am more than happy to discuss your clothing choices, help you narrow down your decision, as well as make sure that your clothing coordinates well with the locations chosen for your photo shoot. Also, I have a Client Closet that helps you minimize your expense and keep things extra easy!

Adaptive & Accommodating
I have such a love for families that have a member with a special need. I see the hard, but I see the beauty as well. I see our world’s desperate need for them and their high resolution, full color, out of the box perspective on life.
In a world that seems fixated on everyone looking and sounding just alike, they remind us how much we are missing! I understand the additional needs involved with working with children who have sensory issues, physical limitations, and behavioral challenges. I welcome any and all discussions on your family’s needs to ensure an amazing experience.
